Ingredients

  • 1 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup of ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom of a clear serving bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  3. Next, layer the diced cucumber.
  4. Follow with the diced bell peppers.
  5. Add the drained corn on top.
  6. Layer the black beans next.
  7. Top the salad with shredded cheese.
  8. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.
