Description
A delicious and colorful 7 layer salad that is perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup of corn, drained
- 1 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of ranch dressing
Instructions
- Layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom of a clear serving bowl.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
- Next, layer the diced cucumber.
- Follow with the diced bell peppers.
- Add the drained corn on top.
- Layer the black beans next.
- Top the salad with shredded cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.
Notes
- Chill the salad for at least an hour before serving.
- Use a clear bowl for a beautiful presentation.
