- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots; stir-fry until tender.
- Push the mixture to one side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked.
- Mix everything together and stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Serve the chicken mixture wrapped in tortillas.
