Description
A delicious strawberries cream cake roll that is light and fluffy.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into egg mixture.
- Stir in milk and melted butter.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a clean towel.
- Roll the cake with the towel and cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cake, spread cream and strawberries on top, then re-roll.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute strawberries with other fruits.
