- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over each potato.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
- Remove from air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
