Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  7. Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce for dipping.
