Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil.
  7. Once cooked, toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
