Ingredients

- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almonds with melted coconut oil.
- Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Stir until almonds are coated.
- Place the almonds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Adjust sugar and cinnamon to taste.
- Experiment with other spices like nutmeg or vanilla.
