Crispy and healthy air fryer potato chips
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potato slices dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
