  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in carrots, potatoes, and squash.
  5. Add beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix well.
