Description
A hearty amish hamburger bake with seasonal fall vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced butternut squash
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, and squash.
- Add beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until vegetables are tender.

- Use any seasonal veggies you prefer.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
