Instructions
- In a bowl, mix diced apple, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin.
- Place apple mixture on one end of each bread slice and roll them up.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
