- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the diced apple and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These rolls are best served fresh.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra texture.
