Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the diced apple and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into equal pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
