- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, carrots, walnuts, and raisins.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
