Instructions

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Fold in diced apples.

  7. Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle topping on each.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool before serving.
