Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and eggs.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon for the topping.
  7. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle topping on each.
