- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender.
- Place apple filling in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the enchiladas.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
