Ingredients

- 200g Asian vermicelli noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 10 minutes until soft.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and add the soaked noodles to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add protein such as chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the sauce according to your taste.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
