Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain and add the soaked noodles to the pan.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
