- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Transfer asparagus to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add salt and pepper, then toss gently.
- Plate the salad and top with burrata cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
