- 1 gluten-free pizza crust
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tomato sauce evenly on the pizza crust.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the avocado mixture over the tomato sauce.
- Add chickpeas on top of the avocado.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
