- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- Pepper to taste
- Chili powder for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by simmering them in water for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with avocado, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
- Sprinkle chili powder on top for garnish.
