- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Leafy greens for topping
- Tomato slices for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.
- Add oats, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and adding toppings.
