Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes, bacon, blue cheese, and green onions to the dressing.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
