Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the potatoes.
  5. Add half of the cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining potatoes, bacon, and cheese.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the eggs are set.
