Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same pan, add butter and sauté onions until caramelized.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwich with cheese, bacon, and onions between two slices of bread.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Adjust the amount of bacon and onions to your taste.
