Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add butter and sauté onions until caramelized.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with cheese, bacon, and onions between two slices of bread.
  5. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
