Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine maple syrup, applesauce, and almond milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These donuts are best enjoyed fresh.
