- 1 round brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 package of puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, brown sugar, nuts, maple syrup, rosemary, and orange zest.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it well.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
