Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve the salmon topped with avocado sauce and garnish with cilantro.
