  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each chicken fillet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
