- 4 boneless chicken fillet
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken fillet in olive oil, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken fillet in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
