- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
