A delicious baked chicken quesadilla with melted cheese and flavorful chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Place one tortilla on a baking sheet and layer half of the cheese.
- Add chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken.
- Top with another tortilla.
- Brush the top tortilla with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
