- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets on a baking sheet.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cod.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
