Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center.
- Surround the feta with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Stir the mixture together before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil before enjoying.

- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated.
