Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
- Add cranberries and nuts, mixing gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave.
- Substitute cranberries with other fruits if desired.
