- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices and toss to coat.
- Place the zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the zucchini is tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
