Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, and spices.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or fritters.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the fritters lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
