Baked salmon served with a creamy dill yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, dill, and lemon juice.
- Serve salmon with dill yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
- Can substitute dill with parsley or chives.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste.
