A delicious baked ziti dish packed with spinach and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and marinara sauce to the bowl and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta mixture and cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Make it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
- Can be frozen for later use.
