Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and lemon zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle streusel on top.
