Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Bring to a boil, then add orzo pasta.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
  8. Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
  9. Mix well and serve garnished with fresh basil.
