Delicious banana bread cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
