- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Mix in sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spread the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then spread on the rolled dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
