Delicious and easy banana cookies made with ripe bananas.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon to the bananas.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower butter if needed.
