Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch (25 cm) bundt pan or loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until fully combined.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese to the mixture and beat until smooth and well incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
