Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add oats, flour, sugars, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Beat in softened butter and vanilla extract until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture between two cookies to form pies.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Can substitute gluten-free flour if needed.
