  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add oats, flour, sugars, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Beat in softened butter and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool completely.
  8. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture between two cookies to form pies.
