  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cookies cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, beat together butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spread cream on half of the cookies and top with the remaining cookies.
