Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the rolled oats, milk, honey, and vegetable oil to the bananas. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in walnuts if using.
  7. Pour the mixture into a lined muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
