- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium bananas)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare banana pudding according to package instructions.
- Spread banana pudding over the brownie batter.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
