Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 12 ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a cone.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix and milk.
  7. Combine pudding with cream cheese mixture.
  8. Fill cones with pudding mixture.
  9. Add banana slices on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.
