A delicious dessert combining banana pudding and cheesecake in a cone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 12 ice cream cones
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a cone.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix and milk.
- Combine pudding with cream cheese mixture.
- Fill cones with pudding mixture.
- Add banana slices on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Graham cracker mixture can be prepared in advance.
