  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla to the butter mixture. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let the cake cool completely.
  9. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
