- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until smooth.
- Add sliced bananas and vanilla extract. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in milk until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Top with banana mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
